It all started with a DREAM!
Hi everyone,
My name is Nasreen Mohamed and I am an upcoming Fashion Designer living in Canada. I come from a big family of five, one brother and four sisters (including myself). I was born in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates and lived there up until to the age of nine years old when my parents decided to immigrate to Canada for a better future.
Growing up, I've always been curious and intrigued by fashion. I loved everything from the designing, to the pattern making and to the final finish. I had a dream as a young girl to become a fashion designer. I had what most would call a “fashion sense” when it comes to identifying what looks work better together. When I reached the age of fifteen, I began using fashion as an outlet to express myself. Having struggled with self-expression all my life, fashion made expressing myself become second nature.
After studying and earning my diploma in Fashion Design, I’m proud and ecstatic to venture on this journey of self-expression through the art of fashion. In the coming future, I look forward to having my own clothing line that will not only help elevate women around the world but also encourage them to step into their power and be self-expressive.
