Return and Shipping Policy

Returns:

Please note, returns are not available for any NAZZY Products.

If any tears or holes surface after 14 days from the time a customer receives their product, the customer is to provide clear photograph evidence to the email address: designedbynazzy@gmail.com. Once NAZZY has verified the tear/hole, the customer will be provided with in-store credit which can be used for future purchases.

Cancellation:

If you request to cancel your order prior to the NAZZY Product being processed and shipped, you will receive a full refund for your order. However, if you wish to cancel your order after it has been processed and shipped, you will not receive a refund. 

  

Shipping:

Once your purchase has been confirmed, please allow 1-2 business days for the processing and shipping of your order.

Dirac tailoring will take 2-4 business days to complete before shipping. An email will be sent to you in regards to the fulfilment of you order and or any further questions needed.

All orders on NAZZY Products will contain tracking information provided to the customer.

All risk of and responsibility for any loss, damage or destruction of any NAZZY Products shall be at all times assumed by the third party shipping provider.
